Blind shipping is an arrangement in which a parcel leaves the warehouse carrying the retailer's name and nothing that identifies the supplier who packed it. The customer sees the brand they bought from, and never learns who actually shipped the order.
What actually has to be scrubbed
Blind shipping is a checklist, not a setting. The sender line on the shipping label, the return address, the packing slip, any insert or card in the box, and the tape and mailer themselves all have to carry your brand or carry nothing. Miss one of them and the arrangement is not blind, it is just mostly blind, which in practice means one customer eventually screenshots a supplier's name and posts it.
The line that catches operators out is the return address. It has to be an address that can actually receive a return, so it is either your address (and you forward refused parcels) or the warehouse address printed under your brand name. Decide which before the first parcel ships, because changing it later means two different return addresses are live in the wild at the same time.
One thing blind shipping does not do is hide the origin ZIP code from a determined customer, and it does not change who is legally selling the product. You remain the merchant of record on that sale, with the refund and dispute liability that comes with it, because blind means the box is anonymous rather than the transaction.
